Paul has competed at both National and International level and still runs competitively for Southampton Athletics club today. 10 years ago Paul Founded BrightSide Personal Training, one of the South Coasts most successful Gym groups, where he and his team have transformed the lives of thousands of people through enhanced fitness, well being and self belief.
